You've innovated the car. Now innovate how people buy it.
The car hasn't been "just a car" for years — the buying experience is where brands actually win or lose the customer. We build the interactive layer between your product and the person deciding whether to buy it: configurators, virtual test drives, in-store displays, and retail formats that get people to lean in instead of walking past.

Macquarie Bank
MotoMe
What we did
Macquarie Bank wanted to get car buyers out of the traditional car-lot experience and into something that felt more like retail. We designed an in-store journey combining tactile interactive displays with a seamless digital path: shoppers were drawn in by an eye-catching interactive Converge display, guided through a video wall to curate a personalised car shortlist, then invited to an interactive table to compare options with a sales team member.
Why it worked
Casual shoppers who'd never have walked onto a car lot engaged with MotoMe, and the format generated more qualified leads than a traditional showroom. It repositioned Macquarie Bank as the innovator in automotive finance, not just the company that funds the loan.

TRACK RECORD
This experience spans Watch This Space and TRO — the automotive and retail innovation studio our founder ran across Asia Pacific before leaving Omnicom to launch WTS. TRO no longer operates in Australia; the work and the team's expertise carried straight across.
Also includes a large-scale projection mapping activation at the Goodwood Festival of Speed — one of the world's biggest automotive events — demonstrating this capability at its highest-profile level.
