Send Us Your Problem: How Watch This Space Turns Loose Briefs Into Live Experiences

Some of our best work didn’t start with a brief. It started with a space. A hunch. A problem no one had solved yet.

“We’ve got a launch coming up, but don’t want the usual.”

“We’ve got a space in-centre, but no one’s engaging with it.”

“We want to try something new, but don’t know where to begin.”

This kind of ambiguity doesn’t scare us. It gives us room to think. To push. To create something people will talk about, interact with, and remember.

Step 1: Understand the Real Problem

We’re not here to decorate a space. We’re here to answer one core question: what will make people stop, engage, and act?

That means digging deeper than the product or platform. We look at:

• Who the audience is, and what they respond to

• What behaviour we want to encourage

• What emotional response we want to spark

• What kind of interaction makes sense for the setting

• What tools and tech will serve the idea best

Once we know this, we can build something that earns attention and gets results.

Step 2: Connect Strategy with Surprise

Sometimes a client says “we want something interactive,” and they’re expecting a touchscreen. But the better answer might be gesture-based lighting, projection mapping, WebAR, or something as simple as motion-triggered content.

We’re not married to any one platform or execution. We stay idea-led and outcome-focused.

It’s how projects like these come to life:

• A 12-metre interactive Christmas tree triggered by people’s phones

• A virtual ring try-on experience that boosted in-store dwell time

• A projection-mapped reindeer show launched by kids using a Naughty-or-Nice Meter

• An immersive storytelling installation inside an aquarium where users could rescue a sea turtle

• A live product window demo that let people control a smart watch from the street

Each one started with an open brief and ended with something no one had done before. Step 3: Build with Delivery in Mind

We don’t pitch ideas we can’t produce. From the first conversation, our team is thinking about how it will be made, installed, tested, and supported.

That means clients aren’t just getting creative, they’re getting delivery confidence.

It’s why we’ve launched national WebAR rollouts with analytics, built large-scale activations in under three weeks, and turned ideas into installations that travel across stores and countries.

Got a Brief That’s a Bit Messy?

Good. We like it that way.

Whether it’s a half-formed idea, a pitch your team didn’t love, or a brief that’s collecting dust. Just send it over. We’ll interrogate it, reframe it, and come back with something built to move people.
